Who runs New Build Utah?

MRE Development Sales, a new-construction sales team. Our brokerage is Mansell Real Estate. New Build Utah is a private guide run by our team.

Who do you represent?

We represent the builders and developers of the communities we market, not buyers. You’re welcome to bring your own agent, and we’ll work with them.

I already have an agent. Can I still sign up?

Yes. Just tell us who they are on the form so we can keep them in the loop.

Does this cost anything?

No. Signing up is free. On the communities we represent, our team is paid by the builder, not by you. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Do I have to use a certain lender?

No. If you ask for financing information we’ll send it, but using any particular lender is optional.
